Produced through a proprietary fermentation process using selected lactic acid bacteria, and can be shredded or sliced, any way you want!
Nozzarella can be enjoyed raw or heated; it is perfect for a wide variety of dishes such as anti-pasta salads, pizza, lasagna and gratins. It has a natural and rich flavor, just like cheese, but does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.
Developed for the Pizza Industry it melts and stretches just like REAL cheese. Creamy in texture it adds a new level of taste to any pizza pie or Italian recipe.
