- 30g Margarine (vegan)
- 30g Insoluble dietary fiber (Steel cut oats)
- 30g MuPI (FPPL mung bean protein isolate)
- 60g Sorbitol
- 20g Soymilk (FPPL Low Fat Soy Milk)
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 20g Corn starch
- 20g Rum raisins
- 20g Sliced almonds (or walnuts to top)
- Mix all the ingredients together *Combine baking powder and corn starch, and sift them together beforehand
- Roll out the dough in 10mm thick, and cut up in 50 x 100mm sticks (About 50g each)
- Bake 25min in 180C (top heat) oven.
- (No bottom heat, set extra tray underneath the baking tray)
• Top with walnuts and raisins.
